7. Installation Scheduling and Storage Fees
Storage Fees and Abandonment Policy
- Storage Fees:
Customers must schedule their installation within 2 to 7 days of being notified that their windows are ready for installation. If the installation is delayed beyond this period, a storage fee of $5 per day per window will be applied for the duration the windows remain in storage. - Abandonment Policy:
Materials (windows left in storage) beyond 45 days will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Abandoned windows will be subject to:
- Immediate disposal or allocation for donation.
- Loss of all customer rights to the materials, with no claims or refunds allowed after the 45-day grace period.
8. Limitations of Liability
- My Windows Factory LLC is only liable for claims related to the specific product purchased and not for other products that are performing as intended.
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the disputed product.
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Structural changes or alterations.
- Pre-existing conditions affecting installation.
- Customer delays in scheduling installation.
9. Warranty Terms and Conditions
Our products are backed by a Double Lifetime Warranty for peace of mind. Key terms include:
- Condensation Disclaimer: Interior condensation typically results from indoor humidity levels and is not covered under warranty.
- Transferability: Warranty transfers are allowed once, for up to 25 years from the original purchase date.

- Removing or securing furniture, window treatments, and other valuables before installation begins.

If a selected product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of similar quality and specifications. Substitutions may result in minor variations in color, hardware, or design.
